Subject: board: ls2080ardb: Add fsl_fdt_fixup_flash

IFC and QSPI are muxed on board. Add fsl_fdt_fixup_flash() to disable
IFC node in dts if QSPI is enabled, or disable QSPI node in dts if
otherwise.
