2012-03-01ARM: S3C24XX: Fix restart on S3C2442Heiko Stuebner
Commit b27b072791dc (ARM: 7265/1: restart: S3C24XX: use new restart hook) introduced the new restart hook also for the S3C244x cpus, but it was only defined in the S3C2440 scope, i.e. when CPU_S3C2440 was selected. Devices using the S3C2442 like the GTA02 normally don't select this CPU which leads to compilation errors like: LD .tmp_vmlinux1 arch/arm/mach-s3c2440/built-in.o:(.arch.info.init+0x3c): undefined reference to `s3c2440_restart' make: *** [.tmp_vmlinux1] Error 1 Therefore move the s3c2440_restart function to s3c244x.c which is common to both cpus and also fix the naming to reflect this. 2012-01-07Merge branch 'depends/rmk/for-linus' into samsung/dtArnd Bergmann
Conflicts: arch/arm/mach-exynos/Makefile arch/arm/mach-exynos/cpu.c -> common.c arch/arm/mach-exynos/include/mach/entry-macro.S arch/arm/mach-exynos/init.c -> common.c arch/arm/mach-s5p64x0/init.c -> common.c arch/arm/mach-s5pv210/init.c -> common.c Multiple files were moved into common.c files in the rmk/for-linus branch, so this moves over the samsung/dt changes to the new files. 2012-01-05ARM: 7265/1: restart: S3C24XX: use new restart hookKukjin Kim
Hook these platforms restart code into the new restart hook rather than using arch_reset(). And adds local header file, common.h in arch/arm/mach-s3c2410/ and arch/arm/mach-s3c2440/ directories. 2011-12-23ARM: SAMSUNG: remove struct 's3c24xx_uart_clksrc' and all uses of itThomas Abraham
With clkdev based clock lookup added to samsung serial driver, the use of 'struct s3c24xx_uart_clksrc' to supply clock names in platform data is removed from all the Samsung platform code. 2010-10-20arm: remove machine_desc.io_pg_offst and .phys_ioNicolas Pitre
Since we're now using addruart to establish the debug mapping, we can remove the io_pg_offst and phys_io members of struct machine_desc. The various declarations were removed using the following script: grep -rl MACHINE_START arch/arm | xargs \ sed -i '/MACHINE_START/,/MACHINE_END/ { /\.\(phys_io\|io_pg_offst\)/d }' [ Initial patch was from Jeremy Kerr, example script from Russell King ] Signed-off-by: Nicolas Pitre <nicolas.pitre@linaro.org> Acked-by: Eric Miao <eric.miao at canonical.com>

2010-01-19ARM: S3C24XX: Add mci platform data set call s3c24xx_mci_set_platdata().Ben Dooks
Add a s3c24xx_mci_set_platdata() call for all the machine files that have platform data for the MCI driver. This brings the MCI device into line with the other devices with __initdata and a specific call to ensure the right structure type is being passed. Signed-off-by: Ben Dooks <ben-linux@fluff.org>

The AT2440EVB should not be changing the s3c_device_sdi.name as this is part of the initialisation process done by the CPU detection process and actually present in arch/arm/plat-s3c24xx/s3c24xx.c. Signed-off-by: Ben Dooks <ben-linux@fluff.org>
