2009-09-24bfin-otp: add writing supportMike Frysinger
The on-chip OTP may be written at runtime, so enable support for it in the driver. However, since writing should really be done only on development systems, don't bend over backwards to make sure the simple software lock is per-fd -- per-device is OK.
