Pull VFS updates from Al Viro,
Misc cleanups all over the place, mainly wrt /proc interfaces (switch
create_proc_entry to proc_create(), get rid of the deprecated
create_proc_read_entry() in favor of using proc_create_data() and
seq_file etc).

->permission() of its own is a rudiment of sysctl imitation;
normal procfs logics will do just fine here, no need to
mess with ->proc_iops at all.

this "hooks" scheme is pointless - just make file_operations non-static
and consolidate initialiazation bits.

There is no any error handling in dgrp_create_class_sysfs_files().
The patch adds code to check return values and propagate them to dgrp_init_module().
Found by Linux Driver Verification project (linuxtesting.org).

The functionality behind this option has been removed in the driver so
remove the config option to set/unset it.
