GUID should not be a typedef. As proof of the problem of typedefs,
look, we are passing 2 of these as a value in functions! Bah...

This fixes up the coding style issues in osd.h, with the exception of
the typedefs, they will be removed later.

This moves osd.h out of the include/ subdirectory.
