Preliminary to removing compare_ether_addr altogether:
Use the new bool function ether_addr_equal to add
some clarity and reduce the likelihood for misuse
of compare_ether_addr for sorting.
Additionally:
Used is_zero_ether_addr, removed now unused variable
Converted uses of &foo[0] to foo

bReAllocSkb == FALSE is when data is not fed to user land.
Free and relocate skbuff.
Where data is not sent return = FALSE from RXbBulkInProcessData.
This appears to reduce false errors when a reused skbuff has old data.

Hi,
This patch fixes a bug with driver failing to negotiate a connection.
The bug was traced to commit
203e4615ee9d9fa8d3506b9d0ef30095e4d5bc90
staging: vt6656: removed custom definitions of Ethernet packet types
In that patch, definitions in include/linux/if_ether.h replaced ones
in tether.h which had both big and little endian definitions.
include/linux/if_ether.h only refers to big endian values, cpu_to_be16
should be used for the correct endian architectures.

A broadcast packet is a multicast packet, no need to test twice.
Reorder one defective test in rtl_core of is_multi_ether_addr
before is_broadcast_ether_addr as the is_multi returns true for
broadcast frames.
