The indents on this file didn't line up so it was hard to work with.
I changed other white space issues as I came across them. I also
deleted or changed some couple comments and the comment style.

Smatch has a new check for Rosenberg type information leaks where
structs are copied to the user with uninitialized stack data in them.
In this path, the .uLinkRate member doesn't get initialized so I've
set it to zero.

Add pristine upstream vt6656 driver sources to drivers/staging/vt6656. These
files were copied from the driver directory in the upstream source archive,
available here:
http://www.viaarena.com/Driver/VT6656_Linux_src_v1.19_12_x86.zip
After copying, trailing whitespace was stripped. This is GPL-licensed code.
