2012-09-04Tools: hv: Add an example script to retrieve DNS entriesK. Y. Srinivasan
To keep the KVP daemon code free of distro specific details, we invoke an external script to retrieve the DNS entries. This is an example script that was used to test the KVP code. This script has to be implemented in a Distro specific fashion. For instance on distros that ship with Network Manager enabled, this script can be based on NM APIs. Signed-off-by: K. Y. Now fully support the new KVP messages in the user level daemon. Hyper-V defines multiple persistent pools to which the host can write/read/modify KVP tuples. Support the newly defined KVP message types. It turns out that the host pushes a set of standard key value pairs as soon as the guest opens the KVP channel.
