[PATCH] consolidate PREEMPT options into kernel/Kconfig.preempt
This patch consolidates the CONFIG_PREEMPT and CONFIG_PREEMPT_BKL preemption options into kernel/Kconfig.preempt. This, besides reducing source-code, also enables more centralized tweaking of preemption related options.
