This patch adds definition of the Samsung S5C73M3 camera specific
image format. V4L2_PIX_FMT_S5C_UYVY_JPG is a two-planar format,
the first plane contains interleaved UYVY and JPEG data followed
by meta-data. The second plane contains additional meta-data needed
for extracting JPEG and UYVY data stream from the first plane.

This patch adds media bus pixel code for the interleaved JPEG/UYVY
image format used by S5C73MX Samsung cameras. This interleaved image
data is transferred on MIPI-CSI2 bus as User Defined Byte-based Data.
It also defines an experimental vendor and device specific media bus
formats section and adds related DocBook documentation.

With a filter function you can control more precisely which controls
are added. This is useful in particular for radio device nodes for
combined TV/Radio cards where you want to show just the radio-specific
controls and not controls like brightness.

VIDIOC_S_HW_FREQ_SEEK should return EAGAIN when called in non-blocking
mode. This might change in the future if we add support for this in the
future, but right now this is not supported.

While the documentation says that VIDIOC_CROPCAP is compulsory for
all video capture and output devices, in practice VIDIOC_CROPCAP is
only implemented for devices that can do cropping and/or scaling.
Update the documentation to no longer require VIDIOC_CROPCAP if the
driver does not support cropping or scaling or non-square pixels.

It was not entirely obvious that the sequence count should also
be set for output devices. Also made it more explicit that this
sequence counter counts frames, not fields.

The 'custom' timings are no longer just for custom timings, but also for standard
CEA/VESA timings. So rename to V4L2_IN/OUT_CAP_DV_TIMINGS.
The old define is still kept for backwards compatibility.
This decision was taken during the 2012 Media Workshop.

ENODATA should be returned if the API used for getting, changing, querying
or enumerating the current video timings is not supported by the current input
or output.

During the 2012 Media Workshop it was decided that bus_info as returned
by VIDIOC_QUERYCAP can no longer be empty. It should be a unique identifier,
and empty strings are obviously not unique.

- S/TRY_FMT should always succeed, unless an invalid type field is passed in.
- TRY_FMT should give the same result as S_FMT, all other things being equal.
- ENUMFMT may return different formats for different inputs or outputs.

Specify that STREAMON/OFF should return 0 if the stream is already
started/stopped.
The spec never specified what the correct behavior is. This ambiguity
was resolved during the 2012 Media Workshop.

ENOTTY is now returned for unimplemented ioctl by dvb-frontend.
Old EOPNOTSUPP & ENOSYS could be still returned by some drivers
as well as other "non standard" error codes.
EAGAIN is returned in case of device is in state where it cannot
perform requested operation. This is for example sleep and statistics
are queried. Quick check for few demodulator drivers reveals there is
a lot of different error codes used in such case currently, few to
mention still: EOPNOTSUPP, ENOSYS, EAGAIN ... Lets try harmonize.

Pull block-related fixes from Jens Axboe:
- Improvements to the buffered and direct write IO plugging from
Fengguang.
- Abstract out the mapping of a bio in a request, and use that to
provide a blk_bio_map_sg() helper. Useful for mapping just a bio
instead of a full request.
- Regression fix from Hugh, fixing up a patch that went into the
previous release cycle (and marked stable, too) attempting to prevent
a loop in __getblk_slow().
- Updates to discard requests, fixing up the sizing and how we align
them. Also a change to disallow merging of discard requests, since
that doesn't really work properly yet.
- A few drbd fixes.

The binding doc and dts use properties "fsl,{cd,wp}-internal" while
esdhc driver uses "fsl,{cd,wp}-controller". Fix binding doc and dts
to get them match driver code.

Pull networking update from David Miller:
"A couple weeks of bug fixing in there. The largest chunk is all the
broken crap Amerigo Wang found in the netpoll layer."
1) netpoll and it's users has several serious bugs:
a) uses GFP_KERNEL with locks held
b) interfaces requiring interrupts disabled are called with them
enabled
c) and vice versa
d) VLAN tag demuxing, as per all other RX packet input paths, is not
applied

2) Hopefully cure the ipv4 mapped ipv6 address TCP early demux bugs for
good, from Neal Cardwell.
3) Unlike AF_UNIX, AF_PACKET sockets don't set a default credentials
when the user doesn't specify one explicitly during sendmsg().
Instead we attach an empty (zero) SCM credential block which is
definitely not what we want. Fix from Eric Dumazet.
4) IPv6 illegally invokes netdevice notifiers with RCU lock held, fix
from Ben Hutchings.
5) inet_csk_route_child_sock() checks wrong inet options pointer, fix
from Christoph Paasch.
6) When AF_PACKET is used for transmit, packet loopback doesn't behave
properly when a socket fanout is enabled, from Eric Leblond.
7) On bluetooth l2cap channel create failure, we leak the socket, from
Jaganath Kanakkassery.
8) Fix all the netprio file handling bugs found by Al Viro, from John
Fastabend.
9) Several error return and NULL deref bug fixes in networking drivers
from Julia Lawall.
10) A large smattering of struct padding et al. kernel memory leaks to

11) Conntrack expections in netfilter can access an uninitialized timer,

13) IPSEC ipv6 routes are not initialized correctly all the time,

14) Bridging does rcu_dereference() outside of RCU protected area, from

15) Fix routing cache removal performance regression when looking up

Commit f0f57b2b1488 ("mm: move hugepage test examples to
tools/testing/selftests/vm") moved map_hugetlb.c, hugepage-shm.c and
hugepage-mmap.c tests into tools/testing/selftests/vm/ directory, but it
didn't update hugetlbpage.txt
