Allow PCI support for Dove to be disabled. Some platforms do not have
anything connected to the PCIe ports, so requiring PCI support to be
built into the kernel just wastes space, and presents a lot more config
options than are necessary.
However, select USB_ARCH_HAS_EHCI so that we can still have EHCI
support.

This patch adds basic support for the SolidRun CuBox to DT based
mach-dove. There are still some issues related to ongoing orion/mvebu
development, e.g. gpio-led will not work as there is no DT pinctrl
for dove yet and we don't have board specific setup code. Nevertheless,
the DT description is already introduced here.

This adds a generic DT_MACHINE for mach-dove. As with other orion based
SoCs there still is some glue code required to make all internal devices
work, i.e. auxdata is provided to pass clocks to corresponding device
drivers.

This patch adds a dove specific setup function for the Marvell CESA
crypto engine available on orion based SoCs. Dove setup was just
missing a function to call orion_crypto_init with dove specific
setup.

This patch adds clock gates from the clock gating control register
available on dove. All clock gates are hooked up to tclk, except for
gigabit ethernet controller (ge) which is a child of gephy to allow
both enabled/disabled at the same time.

This patch synchronizes the clock setup of dove with other orion-based
platforms.
In dove_find_tclk there was a note about DOVE_SAMPLE_HI/LO register to
detect tclk. While it might be possible to set a different tclk frequency
with reset strapping the Dove datasheets don't tell anything about tclk
frequency here. Therefore, I removed that comment.

into next/multiplatform
Enable initial ARM multi-platform support for highbank, mvebu,
socfpga, picoxcell, and vexpress.
Multi-platform support is dependent on mach/gpio.h removal and
restructuring of DEBUG_LL and dtb build rules included in this branch.
This has been built for all defconfigs, and booted on highbank with
all 5 platforms enabled.

and platform specific directories.

Most platforms don't need mach/gpio.h and it prevents multi-platform
kernel images. Add CONFIG_NEED_MACH_GPIO_H and make platforns select it
if they need gpio.h. This is platforms that define __GPIOLIB_COMPLEX
or have lots of implicit includes pulled in by mach/gpio.h.
at91 and omap have gpio clean-up pending and can drop
CONFIG_NEED_MACH_GPIO_H once that is in.

The mv643xx ethernet controller limits the packet size for the TX
checksum offloading. This patch sets this limits for Kirkwood and
Dove which have smaller limits that the default.
As a side note, this patch is an updated version of a patch sent some years
ago: http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/linux-arm-kernel/2010-June/017320.html
which seems to have been lost.

This is the 2nd part of mach/io.h removals. This series removes io.h on
platforms with PCI by creating a fixed virtual I/O mapping and a common
__io() macro.
This version has changed a bit to accommodate Tegra converting its PCIe
host to a platform driver. Now the virtual space is only reserved during
early boot before .map_io() is called. The mapping is not created until
calling pci_ioremap_io which can be done at any point after vmalloc is
initialized.
I've gone back to fixed 64K windows for each PCI bus. This allows
removing all the i/o resource setup from the individually platforms and
placing it within the common ARM PCI code.
I've only tested versatilepb under qemu (with the model hacked up to
actually enable i/o space), so any testing is appreciated. iop3xx and
mv78xx0 have some risk of breaking as the PCI bus addresses are moved
to 0 from matching the cpu host bus addesss.

Both IRQ and GPIO controllers can now be represented in DT. The IRQ
controllers are setup first, and then the GPIO controllers. Interrupts
for GPIO lines are placed directly after the main interrupts in the
interrupt space.

Commit 0fa1f0609a0c1fe8b2be3c0089a2cb48f7fda521 (ARM: Orion: Fix
Virtual/Physical mixup with watchdog) broke the Dove & MV78xx0
build. Although these two SoC don't use the watchdog, the shared
platform code still needs to build. Add the necessary defines.

"The new clock subsystem was merged in linux-3.4 without any users,
this now moves the first three platforms over to it: imx, mxs and
spear.
The series also contains the changes for the clock subsystem itself,
since Mike preferred to have it together with the platforms that

Pull first batch of arm-soc cleanups from Olof Johansson:
"These cleanups are basically all over the place. The idea is to
collect changes with minimal impact but large number of changes so we
can avoid them from distracting in the diffstat in the other series.
A significant number of lines get removed here, in particular because
the ixp2000 and ixp23xx platforms get removed. These have never been
extremely popular and have fallen into disuse over time with no active
maintainer taking care of them. The u5500 soc never made it into a
product, so we are removing it from the ux500 platform.
Many good cleanups also went into the at91 and omap platforms, as has
been the case for a number of releases."

Most PCI implementations use the standard PCI swizzle function, which
handles the well defined behaviour of PCI-to-PCI bridges which can be
found on cards (eg, four port ethernet cards.)
Rather than having almost every platform specify the standard swizzle
function, make this the default when no swizzle function is supplied.
Therefore, a swizzle function only needs to be provided when there is
something exceptional which needs to be handled.
This gets rid of the swizzle initializer from 47 files, and leaves us
with just two platforms specifying a swizzle function: ARM Integrator
and Chalice CATS.

The t_clk is moved from the shared part of the ethernet driver into
the per port section. Each port can have its own gated clock, which it
needs to enable/disable, as oppossed to there being one clock shared
by all ports. In practice, only kirkwood supports this at the moment.

__mem_pci is only used to enable readl/writel and friends. Just condition
this on readl being defined and remove all the __mem_pci defines.

The patch "ARM: orion: Consolidate USB platform setup code.", commit
4fcd3f374a928081d391cd9a570afe3b2c692fdc broke USB on TS-7800 and
other orion5x boards, because the wrong type of PHY was being passed
to the EHCI driver in the platform data. Orion5x needs EHCI_PHY_ORION
and all the others want EHCI_PHY_NA.
Allow the mach- code to tell the generic plat-orion code which USB PHY
enum to place into the platform data.
Version 2: Rebase to v3.3-rc2.

Convert from pci_scan_bus() to pci_scan_root_bus() and remove root bus
resource fixups. This fixes the problem of "early" and "header" quirks
seeing incorrect root bus resources.

Remove the now empty arch_reset() from all the mach/system.h includes,
and remove its callsite. Remove arm_machine_restart() as this function
no longer does anything useful.
For samsung platforms, remove the include of mach/system-reset.h and
plat/system-reset.h from their respective mach/system.h headers as these
just define their arch_reset functions. As a result, the s3c2410 and
plat-samsung system-reset.h files are no longer referenced, so remove
these files entirely.

Use an getter function in plat-orion/addr-map.c to get the address map
structure, rather than pass it to drivers in the platform_data
structures. When the drivers are built for none orion platforms, a
dummy function is provided instead which returns NULL.
