Pull ARM Soc updates, take 2, from Olof Johansson:
"This is the second batch of SoC updates for the 3.8 merge window,
containing parts that had dependencies on earlier branches such that
we couldn't include them with the first branch.
These are general updates for Samsung Exynos, Renesas/shmobile and a
topic branch that adds SMP support to Altera's socfpga platform."
Fix up conflicts mostly as per Olof.

Cortex A9 based exynos4 has a memory mapped SCU while the Cortex
A15 based exynos5 does not. Hence, remove the call to scu_enable
for exynos5.

In idle state down clocking the arm cores can result in power
savings. Program the power control registers to achieve this and
save these registers across a suspend/resume cycle.

This patch adds support AFTR(ARM OFF TOP RUNNING) mode in
cpuidle driver. L2 cache keeps their data in this mode.
This patch ports the code to the latest interfaces to
save/restore CPU state inclusive of CPU PM notifiers, l2
resume and cpu_suspend/resume.

The arch/arm/mach-exynos4 directory (CONFIG_ARCH_EXYNOS4) has
made for plaforms based on EXYNOS4 SoCs. But since upcoming
Samsung's SoCs such as EXYNOS5 (ARM Cortex A15) can reuse most
codes in current mach-exynos4, one mach-exynos directory will
be used for them.
This patch changes to CONFIG_ARCH_EXYNOS (arch/arm/mach-exynos)
but keeps original CONFIG_ARCH_EXYNOS4 in mach-exynos/Kconfig to
avoid changing in driver side.
