2011-05-19ARM: imx: remove #includes already available from devices-common.hUwe Kleine-König
Most machine files include "devices-imxXX.h" which in turn includes <mach/devices-common.h>. The latter already includes many headers that the machine files don't need to include again. Since we're now using addruart to establish the debug mapping, we can remove the io_pg_offst and phys_io members of struct machine_desc.
