2013-01-30ARM: imx6q: support WAIT mode using cpuidleShawn Guo
Add WAIT mode (ARM core clock gating) support to imx6q cpuidle driver. As WAIT mode is broken on imx6q TO 1.0 and 1.1, it only enables the support for revision 1.2 with chicken bit set. Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawn.guo@linaro.org>
2013-01-14ARM: imx: disable cpu in .cpu_kill hookShawn Guo
It's buggy to disable the cpu that is being hot-unplugged in .cpu_die hook which runs on the cpu itself. Instead, it should be done in .cpu_kill which runs on the thread (another cpu) that asks for shutting down the cpu. Move imx_enable_cpu(cpu, false) call into .cpu_kill hook, and leave the cpu to be hot-unplugged in WFI within .cpu_die, so that we can get a more stable cpu hot-plug operation. 2013-01-12irqchip: Move ARM gic.h to include/linux/irqchip/arm-gic.hRob Herring
Now that we have GIC moved to drivers/irqchip and all GIC DT init for platforms using irqchip_init, move gic.h and update the remaining includes. 2013-01-10ARM: GIC: remove direct use of gic_raise_softirqRob Herring
In preparation of moving gic code to drivers/irqchip, remove the direct platform dependencies on gic_raise_softirq. Move the setup of smp_cross_call into the gic code and use arch_send_wakeup_ipi_mask function to trigger wake-up IPIs. 2012-10-15ARM: imx: include hardware.h rather than mach/hardware.hShawn Guo
It moves a bunch of header files included in hardware.h and itself from mach-imx/include/mach to mach-imx, and updates users to include hardware.h rather than mach/hardware.h. The files in mach-imx/devices will need to include "../hardware.h". 2012-10-15ARM: imx: include common.h rather than mach/common.hShawn Guo
Rename mach-imx/include/mach/common.h to mach-imx/common.h and update all users to include common.h rather than mach/common.h. It also removes an unneeded inclusion to common.h in mach-imx/devices/devices.c.
