Pull "ARM: global cleanups" from Arnd Bergmann:
"Quite a bit of code gets removed, and some stuff moved around, mostly
the old samsung s3c24xx stuff. There should be no functional changes
in this series otherwise. Some cleanups have dependencies on other
arm-soc branches and will be sent in the second round.

Fix the following warning:
WARNING: vmlinux.o(.text+0x1286c): Section mismatch in reference
from the function omap1_init_early() to the function .init.text:omap1_clk_init()
The function omap1_init_early() references
the function __init omap1_clk_init().
This is often because omap1_init_early lacks a __init
annotation or the annotation of omap1_clk_init is wrong.

A generic version should replace this later.
As io.c has become nearly empty, omap_init_consistent_dma_size() is moved
into common.c so that io.c can be removed entirely.

We don't have cpu_is_omapxxxx SoC detection initialized until
SoC detection is initialized from init_early.
Note that with the common map_io we should no longer need
cpu_is_omapxxxx for ioremap.

This allows removing omap hacks for map_io allowing generic
map_io.
Note that in the future we can't do cpu_is_omapxxxx detection
until in init_early. This means that board-innovator.c now
assumes 15xx only, and board-generic.c assumes 16xx only.
This is best fixed later on by passing the SoC type from
device tree.

Otherwise multi-omap1 support for omap1 won't work as the cpu_class_is_omap1()
won't work until the SoC is detected.
Note that eventually these will go away, please use ioremap + read/write instead.

The OMAP1 clock code currently #includes a large .h file full of static
data structures. Instead, define the data in a .c file.
Russell King <linux@arm.linux.org.uk> proposed this new arrangement:

This patch also deals with most of the flagrant checkpatch violations.
While here, separate the mpu_rate data structures out into their own
files, opp.h and opp_data.c. In the long run, these mpu_rate tables
should be replaced with OPP code.

mark omap1_clk_functions as __initdata to avoid a section warning:

This patch is part of a series which unifies all duplicated code between
omap730 and omap850. All cpu checks are converted to cpu_is_omap7xx() and
CONFIG_ARCH_OMAP850 is added to all CONFIG_ARCH_OMAP730 checks.
