Newer Exynos4 SoC are equipped with a local camera ISP that
controls external raw image sensor directly. Such sensors
can be connected through FIMC-LITEn (and MIPI-CSISn) IPs to
the ISP, which then feeds image data to the FIMCn IP. Thus
there can be two busses associated with an image source
(sensor). Rename struct s5p_fimc_isp_info describing external
image sensor (video decoder) to struct fimc_source_info to
avoid confusion. bus_type is split into fimc_bus_type and
sensor_bus_type. The bus type enumeration is extended to
include both FIMC Writeback input types.
The bus_type enumeration and the data structure name in the
board files are modified according to the above changes.

Initial irqchip init infrastructure and GIC and VIC clean-ups
This creates irqchip initialization infrastructure from Thomas
Petazzoni. The VIC and GIC irqchip code is moved to drivers/irqchips

using GIC and VIC are converted over to use the new irqchip_init.

Now that the VIC initialization sets up the handle_arch_irq pointer, we
can remove it for all machines and make it static. Move vic_handle_irq
to avoid a forward declaration.

Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.
This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:

include/linux/platform_data/*.h, not in the architecture
and platform specific directories.

Omapdss driver changes for 3.5 merge window.
Lots of normal development commits, but perhaps most notable changes are:
* HDMI rework to properly decouple the HDMI audio part from the HDMI video part.
* Restructure omapdss core driver so that it's possible to implement device
tree support. This included changing how platform data is passed to the
drivers, changing display device registration and improving the panel driver's
ability to configure the underlying video output interface.
* Basic support for DSI packet interleaving

This pull request is quite big, but mainly because there's a
giant rework of the s3c_hsotg.c driver to make it friendlier
for other users. Samsung Exynos platforms use the DesignWare
Core USB2 IP from Synopsys so it's a bit unfair to have the
driver work for Samsung platforms only. In short, the big
rework is in preparation to make the driver more reusable.
Another big rework in this pull request came from Ido, where
he's removing the redundant pointer for the endpoint descriptor
from the controller driver's own endpoint representation. The
same pointer is available through the generic struct usb_ep
structure.
Also on this pull request is the conversion of a few extra
controller drivers to the new style registration, which allows
multiple controllers to be available on the same platform and
helps remove global pointers from those drivers.
Together with those big changes, there's the usual fixes and cleanups
to gadget drivers. Nothing major.

Commit 6e8201f57c935 "mmc: core: add the capability for broken voltage"
introduced a new quirk to indicate that MMC core should ignore voltage
change errors reported by the regulators core. This is required to get
SDHCI working on UniversalC210, NURI and GONI boards again after commit
ceb6143b2df81c ("mmc: sdhci: fix vmmc handling").

For all the Samsung SoC based boards which have the platform data for
s3c-fb driver, the 'default_win' element in the platform data is removed
and the lcd panel video timing values are moved out of individual window
configuration data.

This patch introduces common.[ch] which are used only in the
arch/arm/mach-s5pv210/ directory. The common.c file merges
the cpu.c and init.c which are used commonly on S5PCV210/S5PC100
SoC and the common.h local header file replaces with plat/s5pv210.h
file.

Move the platform device definitions from boards code to plat-samsung
to avoid multiple instances when multiple board support is compiled in.
The boards should select at least S5P_DEV_FIMC0 to enable FIMC support.

Add platform data for CIF camera sensor and FIMC platform data
entries for it. Add platform device for s5p-fimc media device

This patch adds support HRT for machines of S5P64X0 and S5PV210.
Basically, PWM Timer3 is used for clockevent and PWM Timer4 is
used for clocksource. Since PWM Timer3 is used for other purpose,
PWM Timer2 is used on SMDKV210.

This patch adds definitions for power consumers for s3c-hsotg driver
on Goni board. The consumers are defined as arrays, because later more
entries for MIPI and ADC will be defined.

A lot of power regulator has been enabled by default causing the board
to consume a lot of power. This patch fixes this issue.
