2012-08-22	MIPS: Netlogic: merge of.c into setup.c	Jayachandran C
	Move the function device_tree_init() from netlogic/xlp/of.c to setup.c, and remove the wrapper functions reserve_mem_mach() and free_mem_mach(). Remove file netlogic/xlp/of.c, and the Makefile entry for it. 2012-07-23	MIPS: Prune some target specific code out of prom.c	David Daney
	This code is not common enough to be in a shared file. It is also not used by any existing boards, so just remove it.
