The et61x251 has been deprecated for a couple of releases now, as all
devices it supports are also supported by gspca_etoms, and it has not
seen any maintenance in years. So now it is time to remove it.

Add pr_fmt and convert printks to pr_<level>
Remove explicit prefixes from logging messages.
One of the prefixes was defective, a copy/paste error.
Use ##__VA_ARGS__ for variadic macros.
Whitespace neatening.

et61x251 doesn't use vidioc_ioctl2. As the API is changing to use
a common version for all drivers, we need to expliticly fix this
driver.

The et61x251 driver claims a whole list of usb id's, but it only has
one sensor "module" which does sensor detection based on usb id and that
only supports devices with the 102c:6251 usb id. Remove the usb-ids for
other devices as for those the driver will fail with an unable to determine
sensor type message anyways.

Because of historic reasons, there are two separate directories with
V4L stuff. Most drivers are located at driver/media/video. However, some
code for USB Webcams were inserted under drivers/usb/media.
This makes difficult for module authors to know were things should be.
Also, makes Kconfig menu confusing for normal users.
This patch moves all V4L content under drivers/usb/media to
drivers/media/video, and fixes Kconfig/Makefile entries.
