In preparation to switching the jz4740 clk driver to the
common clk framework, update the clk enable/disable calls
to clk_prepare_enable/clk_disable_unprepare.

The driver core clears the driver data to NULL after device_release
or on probe failure, since commit 0998d0631001288a5974afc0b2a5f568bcdecb4d
(device-core: Ensure drvdata = NULL when no driver is bound).
Thus, it is not needed to manually clear the device driver data to NULL.

clk_get() returns a struct clk cookie to the driver and some platforms
may return NULL if they only support a single clock. clk_get() has only
failed if it returns a ERR_PTR() encoded pointer.
