2009-10-06igb: fix a few items where weren't correctly setup for mbx timeoutAlexander Duyck
The mailbox timeout routines need to be updated as they were not correctly handling the case of a mailbox timeout and could cause issues with long delays when used. 2009-10-06igb: add function to handle mailbox lockAlexander Duyck
Both the read and write mailbox functions need to acquire the mailbox lock. Since that is the case we might as well combine both of the procedures into one function so it is easier to maintain. 2009-02-20igb: Add support for enabling VFs to PF driver.Alexander Duyck
This patch adds the support to handle requests from the VF to perform operations such as completing resets, setting/reading mac address, adding vlans, adding multicast addresses, setting rlpml, and general communications between the PF and all VFs.
