Pass device pointer instead of device name as parameter to iio_channel_get_all
and iio_channel_get_all_cb. This will enable us to use OF information to
retrieve consumer channel information.

sizeof when applied to a pointer typed expression gives the size of
the pointer

Use the iio_read_channel_processed function to read the sample value in the
proper unit instead of using iio_read_channel_raw and iio_read_channel_scale and
doing the unit conversion manually.

the code which under _init and _exit does only the platform_driver_register
and platform_driver_unregister, and nothing else,
so its better to use the module_platform_driver macro rather duplicating
its implementation

These were originally introduced when the plan was to have parallel
IIO cores in and out of staging with a slow move between them.
Now we have reached the point where the whole core has moved,
they need clearing up!

Direct copy of version proposed for the non staging branch.
Needed here to allow testing of more advanced inkernel
interface code.
