The board select menu in arch/arm/Kconfig is still big.
To slim down it, this commit moves AT91 boards to
arch/arm/mach-at91/Kconfig.
Also, consolidate "config SYS_SOC" in each board Kconfig.
The Kconfig files under board/ directory were modified with the
following command:
find board -name Kconfig | xargs sed -i -e '
/config SYS_SOC/ {
N
/default "at91"/ {
N
d
}
}
'

- "string" type for SYS_* is defined in arch/Kconfig
- SYS_CPU "armv7" has been replaced with "select CPU_V7"
- SYS_SOC "tegra124" is already defined in tegra124/Kconfig

The code for this board supports following features:
- Boot media support: NAND flash/SD card/SPI flash
- Support LCD display (optional, disabled by default)
- Support ethernet
- Support USB mass storage
