We have finished Generic Board conversion for ARM and PowerPC, i.e.
all the boards have been converted except OpenRISC, SuperH, SPARC,
which have not supported Generic Board framework yet.
Select SYS_GENERIC_BOARD in arch/Kconfig and delete all the macro
defines in include/configs/*.h.

Add option to set shell prompt string from menuconfig and migrate
boards globally.
The migration is done as follows:
- Boards that explicitly and unconditionally set CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT had the
entry moved to their defconfig files.
- Boards that defined some kind of #ifdef logic which selects the
CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT (for example qemu-mips) got an #undef CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT
right before the #ifdef logic and were left alone.
- This change forces CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT to be a per board decision, and thus
CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT was removed from all <soc>_common.h and <arch>_common.h
files. This results in a streamlined default value across platforms, and
includes the following files: spear-common, sunxi-common, mv-common,
ti_armv7_common, tegra-common, at91-sama5_common, and zynq-common.
- Boards that relied on <arch/soc>_common.h values of CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT were
not updated in their respective defconfig files under the assumption that
since they did not explicitly define a value, they're fine with whatever
the default is.
- On the other hand, boards that relied on a value defined in some
<boards>_common.h file such as woodburn_common, rpi-common,
bur_am335x_common, ls2085a_common, siemens_am33x_common, and
omap3_evm_common, had their values moved to the respective defconfig files.
- The define V_PROMPT was removed, since it is not used anywhere except for
assigning a value for CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT.

Makefile conflicts are due to additions/removals of
object files on the ARM branch vs KBuild introduction
on the main branch. Resolution consists in adjusting
the list of object files in the main branch version.
This also applies to two files which are not listed
as conflicting but had to be modified:
board/compulab/common/Makefile
board/udoo/Makefile
include/configs/omap4_common.h conflicts are due to
the OMAP4 conversion to ti_armv7_common.h on the ARM
side, and CONFIG_SYS_HZ removal on the main side.
Resolution is to convert as this icludes removal of
CONFIG_SYS_HZ.
include/configs/pdnb3.h is due to a removal on ARM side.
Trivial resolution is to remove the file.
Note: 'git show' will also list two files just because
they are new:

CONFIG_STACKSIZE is not referenced anywhere except on AVR32, but present
in most ARM board config files.
IRQs are only enabled for 1 config, so remove the unused config options
for IRQ and FIQ stack size as well.

Exactly one board has defined CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT_HUSH_PS2 to a value
different than "> " which is vision2. I have Cc'd the maintainer here
as I strongly suspect this is a bug rather than intentional behavior.

We provide a default table of { 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200 }
in <config_fallbacks.h> which mkconfig places after <configs/...h> in
the generated config file. This is used when a board has not set its
own table.

Reuse the gd->tbl value for timestamp and add gd->lastinc for lastinc
bss values in arm920t/at91/timer driver.
The usage of bss values in driver before initialisation of bss is
forbidden. In that special case some data in .rel.dyn gets corrupted by
the arm920t/at91/timer driver.

CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE has always been just a bad workarond for not
being able to use "sizeof(struct global_data)" in assembler files.
Recent experience has shown that manual synchronization is not
reliable enough. This patch renames CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE into
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE which gets automatically generated by the
asm-offsets tool. In the result, all definitions of this value can be
deleted from the board config files. We have to make sure that all
files that reference such data include the new <asm-offsets.h> file.
No other changes have been done yet, but it is obvious that similar
changes / simplifications can be done for other, related macro
definitions as well.

This patch removes some functionality from at91rm9200ek board but the
remaining functionality does now work with newer at91 code and
arm-relocation.
Currently missing features are:
- dataflash booting (due to missing HW for testing)
- MMC/SD-Card
- first stage bootloader support is completely removed (not needed for
NOR)
Cause this board was (some days ago) reference for all at91rm9200 based
boards this should be a good starting point to convert all remaining
at91rm9200 borads to at91 code. Aside from that this is a good base to
get some drivers between at91sam/at91rm/avr32 merged.

For some reason the AT91rm9200 lowlevel init writes to a bunch of
reserved or read-only addresses. All the boards seem to define the
value-to-be-written values as zero ... but they shouldn't actually
be writing *anything* there.
No documented erratum justifies these accesses. It looks like maybe
some pre-release BDI-2000 setup code has been carried along by cargo
cult programming since at least late 2004 (per GIT history).
Here's a patch disabling what seems to be bogosity. Tested on a
csb337; there were no behavioral changes.

include/common.h and clean up the board config files.

The following individual I2C commands have been removed: imd, imm, inm,
imw, icrc32, iprobe, iloop, isdram.
The functionality of the individual commands is still available via
the 'i2c' command.
This change only has an impact on those boards which did not have
CONFIG_I2C_CMD_TREE defined.
