dir to reflect it.
It makes sense to latter break it into a few other dirs.

buffer pool
Size up the memory for the buffers from the buffer pool allocated in board
file. Then adjust the reqbuf count depending the available memory.

da850/omap-l138 soc
change the dm646x specific strings in the driver to make
them generic across platforms. In this case change all the
strings which have a dm646x connotation to vpif which is a
platform independent ip.

Move vpif related definitions for capture and display drivers
from dm646x platform header file to vpif_types.h inside
the driver as these definitions are related to driver code
rather than the platform or board.
This enables reusing this IP across platforms.

Standardize the remaining video drivers to return the API version
for the VIDIOC_QUERYCAP version, instead of a per-driver version.
Those drivers had the version updated more recently or are SoC
drivers. Even so, it doesn't sound a good idea to keep a per-driver
version control, so, let's use the per-subsystem version control
instead.

- Added functions to set/get/query/enum DV presets for vpif_caputre and
vpif_display.
- The format specification table is extended with all the DV formats
supported by TVP7002.
