staging: comedi: pcmuio: cleanup DIO subdevice (*insn_{bits,config})
Use the pcmuio_{read,write}() helpers to read/write all 24 channels
instead of handling the digital I/O as three separate ports. This
simplifies both functions with minimal overhead.
