Merge tag 'arc-v3.13-rc1-part2' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/vgupta/arc
Pull second set of ARC changes from Vineet Gupta:
- Support for Perf from Mischa
- Enabling GPIO/Pinctrl drivers for Abilis TB10x platform
