Merge git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux
Pulled mainline in order to get the UAPI infrastructure already merged before I pull in David Howells's UAPI trees for networking. Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
