p1022/pci: through PIXIS to reset pci slot when DIU enable
Add indirect_access_pixis_reset_pcie_slot & direct_access_pixis_reset_pcie_slot
into p1022_ds.c.
When the DIU enable, we through the way of indirect access to read/write pixis
register.
