Merge tag 'nomadik-defconfig-for-arm-soc' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/linusw/linux-nomadik into fixes

This updates the Nomadik defconfig post-v3.11-rc1:
- Update the baseline so we need not rely on make
oldconfig so much
- MMC defconfig updates
- Activate NO_HZ_IDLE and HRTIMERS
