Add set_pm_suspend_state & pm_suspend_state functions to set/get
suspend state. When system going to sleep or deep sleep, devices
can get the system suspend state(STANDBY/MEM) through pm_suspend_state
function and to handle different situations.

When removing prom.h include by of.h, several OF headers will no longer
be implicitly included. Add explicit includes of of_*.h as needed.

In sleep PM mode, the clocks of e500 core and unused IP blocks is
turned off. IP blocks which are allowed to wake up the processor
are still running.
Some Freescale chips like MPC8536 and P1022 has deep sleep PM mode
in addtion to the sleep PM mode.
While in deep sleep PM mode, additionally, the power supply is
removed from e500 core and most IP blocks. Only the blocks needed
to wake up the chip out of deep sleep are ON.
This patch supports 32-bit and 36-bit address space.
The sleep mode is equal to the Standby state in Linux. The deep sleep
mode is equal to the Suspend-to-RAM state of Linux Power Management.
Command to enter sleep mode.
echo standby > /sys/power/state
Command to enter deep sleep mode.
echo mem > /sys/power/state

With module.h being implicitly everywhere via device.h, the absence
of explicitly including something for EXPORT_SYMBOL went unnoticed.
Since we are heading to fix things up and clean module.h from the
device.h file, we need to explicitly include these files now.

While at it, fix two checkpatch errors.
Several non-const struct instances constified by this patch were added after
the introduction of platform_suspend_ops in checkpatch.pl's list of "should
be const" structs (79404849e90a41ea2109bd0e2f7c7164b0c4ce73).
Patch against mainline.
Inspired by hunks of the grsecurity patch, updated for newer kernels.

.name, .match_table and .owner are duplicated in both of_platform_driver
and device_driver. This patch is a removes the extra copies from struct
of_platform_driver and converts all users to the device_driver members.
This patch is a pretty mechanical change. The usage model doesn't change
and if any drivers have been missed, or if anything has been fixed up
incorrectly, then it will fail with a compile time error, and the fixup
will be trivial. This patch looks big and scary because it touches so
many files, but it should be pretty safe.

This patch adds suspend/resume support for MPC8540 and MPC8641D-
compatible CPUs. To reach sleep state, we just write the SLP bit
into the PM control and status register.
So far we don't support Deep Sleep mode as found in newer MPC85xx
CPUs (i.e. MPC8536). It can be relatively easy implemented though,
and for it we reserve 'mem' suspend type.
