drm/radeon: Report doorbell configuration to amdkfd
radeon and amdkfd share the doorbell aperture. radeon sets it up, takes the doorbells required for its own rings and reports the setup to amdkfd. radeon reserved doorbells are at the start of the doorbell aperture.
