iommu/tegra-smmu: Use kcalloc() to allocate counter array
Use kcalloc() to allocate the use-counter array for the page directory entries/page tables. Using kcalloc() allows us to be provided with zero-initialised memory from the allocators, rather than initialising it ourselves.
