[PATCH] libata: rename ATA_FLAG_PORT_DISABLED to ATA_FLAG_DISABLED
Rename ATA_FLAG_PORT_DISABLED to ATA_FLAG_DISABLED for consistency.
(ATA_FLAG_* are always about ports).
