ARM: multi_v7_defconfig: Replace USB_RCAR_GEN2_PHY by PHY_RCAR_GEN2
The legacy-only USB_RCAR_GEN2_PHY driver was replaced by the DT-only
PHY_RCAR_GEN2 driver.
