MIPS: traps: Fix SIGFPE information leak from `do_ov' and `do_trap_or_bp'
Avoid sending a partially initialised `siginfo_t' structure along SIGFPE signals issued from `do_ov' and `do_trap_or_bp', leading to information leaking from the kernel stack.
