[PATCH] genirq: add ->retrigger() irq op to consolidate hw_irq_resend()
Add ->retrigger() irq op to consolidate hw_irq_resend() implementations. (Most architectures had it defined to NOP anyway.) NOTE: ia64 needs testing. i386 and x86_64 tested.
