ath6kl: move ath6kl_wmi_startscan_cmd()
To make it easier to refactor the scan commands move ath6kl_wmi_startscan_cmd() before the beginscan function. No functional changes. Signed-off-by: Kalle Valo <kvalo@qca.qualcomm.com>
