2013-05-10wm831x_backup: Fix wrong kfree call for devdata->backup.nameAxel Lin
devdata->backup.name points to devdata->name, the memory for devdata->name is part of struct wm831x_backup. Thus remove kfree call for devdata->backup.name. 2013-05-10bq27x00: Fix I2C dependency in KConfigXiong Zhou
This patch fixes build failure(randconfig) of next-20130501. When config I2C as m, BATTERY_BQ27x00 as y, here comes the failure. The driver depends on I2C only if I2C is not disabled, as Lars commented. Last version of this patch make the driver depend on I2C unconditionally. 2013-04-17pm2301-charger: Fix suspend/resumeLars-Peter Clausen
The pm2301-charger driver implements runtime pm and at the same time uses the legacy pm callbacks for suspend and resume. This does not work since the I2C core wont look at the legacy pm callbacks if a driver has the 'pm' field set. This patch fixes it by moving over to dev_pm_ops for suspend/resume as well. 2013-04-17power_supply: Add core support for supplied_fromRhyland Klein
This patch adds support for supplies to register a list of char *'s which represent the list of supplies which supply them. This is the opposite as the supplied_to list. This change maintains support for supplied_to until all drivers which make use of it already are converted. 2013-04-17hwmon: Add ST-Ericsson ABX500 hwmon driverHongbo Zhang
Each of ST-Ericsson X500 chip set series consists of both ABX500 and DBX500 chips. This is ABX500 hwmon driver, where the abx500.c is a common layer for all ABX500s, and the ab8500.c is specific for AB8500 chip. Under this designed structure, other chip specific files can be added simply using the same common layer abx500.c. 2013-03-23KMS: fix EDID detailed timing frame rateTorsten Duwe
When KMS has parsed an EDID "detailed timing", it leaves the frame rate zeroed. Consecutive (debug-) output of that mode thus yields 0 for vsync. This simple fix also speeds up future invocations of drm_mode_vrefresh(). While it is debatable whether this qualifies as a -stable fix I'd apply it for consistency's sake; drm_helper_probe_single_connector_modes() does the same thing already for all probed modes. 2013-03-23KMS: fix EDID detailed timing vsync parsingTorsten Duwe
EDID spreads some values across multiple bytes; bit-fiddling is needed to retrieve these. The current code to parse "detailed timings" has a cut&paste error that results in a vsync offset of at most 15 lines instead of 63. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EDID and in the "EDID Detailed Timing Descriptor" see bytes 10+11 show why that needs to be a left shift.
