Instead of using static define and mapping, the patch changes imx5 code
that reads chip revision from IIM to retrieve base address from device
tree and use dynamic mapping.

Only mx508 based board is mach-mx50_rdp and it has been marked as BROKEN
for several releases.
mx508 currently lacks clock support.
In case someone needs to add mx508 support back, then the recommended approach
is to use device tree.

It moves a bunch of header files included in hardware.h and itself
from mach-imx/include/mach to mach-imx, and updates users to include
hardware.h rather than mach/hardware.h. The files in mach-imx/devices
will need to include "../hardware.h".

Now that a common imx_set_aips() function is available, use it on mx51 and mx53.
This lets the code smaller and cleaner.

before the merge window closed. I'm merging the MX 5 consolidation,
since it apparently will help the next development window and will avoid
conflicts later as per Arnd.

This patch moves the contents of arch/arm/mach-mx5 to arch/arm/mach-imx
and adjusts the Makefile/Kconfig entries in a way that it's possible
to compile i.MX5 together with i.MX3/6.
