2015-12-01ARM: pxa: make more mach/*.h files localArnd Bergmann
Lots of header files are never included outside of a mach-pxa directory and do not need to be made visible in include/mach, so let's just move them all down one level. Signed-off-by: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>
2013-12-12ARM: pxa: remove IRQF_DISABLEDMichael Opdenacker
This flag is a NOOP since 2.6.35 and can be removed. 2012-09-14ARM: pxa: move platform_data definitionsArnd Bergmann
Platform data for device drivers should be defined in include/linux/platform_data/*.h, not in the architecture and platform specific directories. This moves such data out of the pxa include directories Signed-off-by: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de> Acked-by: Mark Brown <broonie@opensource.wolfsonmicro.com> Acked-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@linuxfoundation.org> Acked-by: Nicolas Pitre <nico@linaro.org> Acked-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@redhat.com> Acked-by: Igor Grinberg <grinberg@compulab.co.il> Acked-by: Jeff Garzik <jgarzik@redhat.com> Acked-by: Marek Vasut <marex@denx.de> Acked-by: Robert Jarzmik <robert.jarzmik@free.fr> Acked-by: Paul Parsons <lost.distance@yahoo.com> Acked-by: Vinod Koul <vinod.koul@linux.intel.com> Acked-By: Stefan Schmidt <stefan@openezx.org> Cc: Eric Miao <eric.y.miao@gmail.com> Cc: Haojian Zhuang <haojian.zhuang@gmail.com> Cc: Daniel Ribeiro <drwyrm@gmail.com> Cc: Harald Welte <laforge@openezx.org> Cc: Philipp Zabel <philipp.zabel@gmail.com> Cc: Tomas Cech <sleep_walker@suse.cz> Cc: Sergey Lapin <slapin@ossfans.org> Cc: Jonathan Cameron <jic23@cam.ac.uk> Cc: Dan Williams <djbw@fb.com> Cc: Dmitry Torokhov <dmitry.torokhov@gmail.com> Cc: Chris Ball <cjb@laptop.org> Cc: David Woodhouse <dwmw2@infradead.org> Cc: Samuel Ortiz <samuel@sortiz.org> Cc: Alan Stern <stern@rowland.harvard.edu> Cc: Florian Tobias Schandinat <FlorianSchandinat@gmx.de> Cc: Liam Girdwood <lrg@ti.com> Cc: Jaroslav Kysela <perex@perex.cz> Cc: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de> Cc: Guennadi Liakhovetski <g.liakhovetski@gmx.de> Cc: Artem Bityutskiy <artem.bityutskiy@linux.intel.com> Cc: openezx-devel@lists.openezx.org
2011-11-14ARM: pxa: rename IRQ_GPIO to PXA_GPIO_TO_IRQHaojian Zhuang
Avoid potential naming confliction since multiple architecture will be built in a single kernel. Signed-off-by: Haojian Zhuang <haojian.zhuang@marvell.com> Acked-by: Grant Likely <grant.likely@secretlab.ca>
2011-03-17ARM: pxa/am200epd: fix leak in am200_init_gpio_regs error pathAxel Lin
If gpio_request fails when i > 0, gpios[0] is not freed in current implementation. Signed-off-by: Axel Lin <axel.lin@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Eric Miao <eric.y.miao@gmail.com>
2011-03-16ARM: pxa: clean up set_pxa_fb_infoRussell King - ARM Linux
set_pxa_fb_info() has been a long-standing wart in the naming scheme of the pxa_set_xxx_info() functions. This renames the function, and combines set_pxa_fb_parent() with set_pxa_fb_info(). 2009-03-09[ARM] pxa: introduce pxa{25x,27x,300,320,930}.h for board usageEric Miao
Considering the header mess ATM, it is not always possible to include the correct header files within board code. Let's keep this simple: <mach/pxa25x.h> - for pxa25x based platforms <mach/pxa27x.h> - for pxa27x based platforms <mach/pxa300.h> - for pxa300 based platforms <mach/pxa320.h> - for pxa320 based platforms <mach/pxa930.h> - for pxa930 based platforms NOTE: 1. one header one board file, they are not compatible (i.e. they have conflicting definitions which won't compile if included together). 2. Unless strictly necessary, the following header files are considered to be SoC files use _only_, and is not recommended to be included in board code: <mach/hardware.h> <mach/pxa-regs.h> <mach/pxa2xx-regs.h> <mach/pxa3xx-regs.h> <mach/mfp.h> <mach/mfp-pxa2xx.h> <mach/mfp-pxa25x.h> <mach/mfp-pxa27x.h> <mach/mfp-pxa3xx.h> <mach/mfp-pxa300.h> <mach/mfp-pxa320.h> <mach/mfp-pxa930.h> Signed-off-by: Eric Miao <eric.miao@marvell.com>

2008-12-13[ARM] 5337/1: gumstix: move am200 specific gpio pins into am200epd.Jaya Kumar
The gpio setup for AM200 specific GPIO pins should be done in the AM200 code rather than in generic gumstix code. Signed-off-by: Jaya Kumar <jayakumar.lkml@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2008-08-26[ARM] 5200/1: am200epd: use fb notifiers and gpio apiJaya Kumar
The original am200epd driver was designed with bad assumptions. It manipulated GPSR/GPLR registers directly. It relied on direct access to the pxa LCDC registers which have since conflicted with commit ce4fb7b892a6d6c6a0f87366b26fd834d2923dd7 . This patch moves it into mach-pxa and overhauls it to use a fb obtained through fb notifiers. It now uses the generic GPIO api.
