* Add IDE_HFLAG_FORCE_LEGACY_IRQS host flag for Motorola-Sandpoint platform
to sl82c105 host driver.
* Disable ide_generic host driver in arch/ppc/configs/sandpoint_defconfig
and enable sl82c105 one.
* Remove ppc_ide_md hooks from arch/ppc/platforms/sandpoint.c - no need for
them (sl82c105 host driver takes care of all this setup).
* Then remove no longer needed <linux/ide.h> include.
* Also update arch/ppc/platforms/sandpoint.h.
Unfortunately (unlike lopec's case) sl82c105 host driver was not enabled
in defconfing so there is a funcionality change.
[ Not a big deal since sl82c105 is superior over ide_generic. ]

This patch removes all self references and fixes references to files
in the now defunct arch/ppc64 tree. I think this accomplises
everything wanted, though there might be a few references I missed.

This changes the parameters for i8259_init so that it takes two
parameters: a physical address for generating an interrupt
acknowledge cycle, and an interrupt number offset. i8259_init
now sets the irq_desc[] for its interrupts; all the callers
were doing this, and that code is gone now. This also defines
a CONFIG_PPC_I8259 symbol to select i8259.o for inclusion, and
makes the platforms that need it select that symbol.

Now instead of having a ppc_md function, we just have a variable
which says whether to do the i8259 irq canonicalization or not,
and set that variable on the platforms that need that. It looks
to me that radstone_ppc7d was trying to use irq canonicalization
for something else in a broken kind of way - it will need to be
fixed properly.

The UARTs on the MPC824x are unique devices and really shouldn't be thought
of as a DUART. In addition, if both UARTs are in use we need to configure
the part to enable the 2nd UART since the pins for the UARTs are
multiplexed. Adds support to run the 824x Sandpoint with both UARTs if
desired.

Added platform device initialization for the two 8250 style UARTs that
exist on the MPC8245. Additionally, updated the Sandpoint code to enable
one of these UARTs if an MPC8245 is connected to it.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
