2010-12-24sh: Tidy up SH-4A unaligned load support.Paul Mundt
The current implementation was rather tied to the packed_struct.h definitions, which immediately began to clash when the packed_struct.h types changed and drivers began to include packed_struct.h directly. In order to support this sort of use it's necessary to get out of the way with regards to namespace collisions, and at the same time we can also kill off some duplicate code now that the unaligned headers are a bit more broken out. 2009-06-04sh: 16-bit get_unaligned() sh4a fixMagnus Damm
This patch fixes the 16-bit case of the sh4a specific unaligned access implementation. Without this patch the 16-bit version of sh4a get_unaligned() results in a 32-bit read which may read more data than intended and/or cross page boundaries. Unbreaks mtd NOR write handling on Migo-R. 2008-12-22sh: Provide optimized unaligned loads on SH-4A.Paul Mundt
This adds support for unaligned loads on SH-4A, using the SH-4A's neutered movua.l instruction. As movua.l is r0-inspired, stores are still handled through the packed struct. Based on asm-generic/unaligned.h by Harvey Harrison. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
