2007-06-01[XTENSA] clean-up header filesChris Zankel
The header files in the asm-xtensa directory are not clean and 'make headers_check' fails. This is a first patch to fix most of the header files. It removes unnecessary include statements and adds some that are required for building the kernel. The linker script required some updates or the linking stage would fail. 2007-02-12[PATCH] Dynamic kernel command-line: xtensaAlon Bar-Lev
1. Rename saved_command_line into boot_command_line. 2. Set command_line as __initdata. Signed-off-by: Alon Bar-Lev <alon.barlev@gmail.com> Cc: Chris Zankel <chris@zankel.net> Signed-off-by: Andrew Morton <akpm@linux-foundation.org> Signed-off-by: Linus Torvalds <torvalds@linux-foundation.org>
2006-12-10[PATCH] xtensa: remove extra header filesChris Zankel
The Xtensa port contained many header files that were never needed. This rather lengthy patch removes all those files. Unfortunately, there were many dependencies that needed to be updated, so this patch touches quite a few source files. 2006-07-10[PATCH] tty: Remove include of screen_info.h from tty.hJon Smirl
screen_info.h doesn't have anything to do with the tty layer and shouldn't be included by tty.h. This patches removes the include and modifies all users to directly include screen_info.h. struct screen_info is mainly used to communicate with the console drivers in drivers/video/console. Note that this patch touches every arch and I have no way of testing it. If there is a mistake the worst thing that will happen is a compile error.
