2010-02-18	Remove drivers/char/ChangeLog	Jonathan Corbet
	The ChangeLog file under drivers/char is 30K of stuff dedicated to the mid-90's TTY exploits of Ted Ts'o; it has been updated once since 1998 - and that was in 2001. It's interesting history, but we don't normally carry that kind of history inline with the code. Let's remove it. 	Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
