The bpp field currently stores the sample width and is aligned to the
next multiple of 8 bits when computing data size in memory. This won't
work anymore for YUYV8_2X8 formats. Split the bpp field into a sample
width and a bytes per pixel value.

isp_video_check_external_subdevs() will retrieve external subdev's
bits-per-pixel and pixel rate for the use of other ISP subdevs at streamon
time. isp_video_check_external_subdevs() is called after pipeline
validation.

The clock rate for l3_ick will soon be read during pipeline validation which
is now part of media_entity_pipeline_start(). For that reason we set

The OMAP3 ISP preview engine will violate the L4 bus protocol if we try
to write some of its internal registers after it failed to stop
properly. This generates an external abort on non-linefetch fault,
triggering a fatal kernel oops.
We can't always prevent preview engine stop failures (they can for
instance be caused by a sensor crash), but we can improve the system
reliability by refusing to start streaming on a pipeline that contains
the preview engine if it failed to stop. The driver will then eventually
reset the ISP (when all applications will have closed their file handles
related to OMAP3 ISP device nodes), making the ISP usable again.

Instead of trying to propagate errors down the pipeline manually (and
failing to do so properly in all cases), flag SBL errors in the pipeline
to which the entity that triggered the error belongs, and use pipeline
error flags to mark buffers as faulty when completing them.

When mapping from a V4L2 pixel format to a media bus format in the
VIDIOC_TRY_FMT and VIDIOC_S_FMT handlers, the requested format may be
unsupported by the driver. Return a hardcoded format instead of
WARN()ing in that case.

Eliminate the public omap_find_iommu_device() method, and don't
expect clients to provide the omap_iommu handle anymore.
Instead, OMAP's iommu driver now utilizes dev_archdata's private iommu
extension to be able to access the required iommu information.
This way OMAP IOMMU users are now able to use the generic IOMMU API without
having to call any omap-specific binding method.
Update omap3isp appropriately.

The media_entity_cleanup() function belong to the module cleanup
handlers, not the entity registration handlers. Move it there.
Create a omap3isp_video_cleanup() function to cleanup the video node
entity, and call it from the module cleanup handlers.
Rename omap3isp_stat_free() to omap3isp_stat_cleanup().

If streaming can't be enabled on the pipeline, the DMA buffers queue is
not emptied. If the buffers then get freed the queue will end up
referencing free memory. This is usually not an issue, as the DMA queue
will be reinitialized the next time streaming is enabled, before
enabling the hardware.
However, if the sensor connected at the pipeline input is free-running,
the CCDC will start generating interrupts as soon as it gets powered up,
before the streaming gets enabled on the hardware. This will make the
CCDC interrupt handler access freed memory, causing a crash.
Reinitialize the DMA buffers queue in isp_video_streamon() if the error
path to make sure this situation won't happen.

Make sure the pipeline has a valid video source (either a subdev with no
sink pad, or a non-subdev entity) at stream-on time and return -EPIPE if
no video source can be found.

Migrate OMAP's iommu driver to the generic IOMMU API, so users can stay
generic, and any generic IOMMU functionality can be developed once
in the generic framework.
Migrate omap's iovmm (virtual memory manager) to the generic IOMMU API,
and adapt omap3isp as needed, so the latter won't break.
The plan is to eventually remove iovmm completely by replacing it
with the (upcoming) IOMMU-based DMA-API.
Tested on OMAP3 (with omap3isp) and OMAP4 (with rpmsg/remoteproc).

Standardize the remaining video drivers to return the API version
for the VIDIOC_QUERYCAP version, instead of a per-driver version.
Those drivers had the version updated more recently or are SoC
drivers. Even so, it doesn't sound a good idea to keep a per-driver
version control, so, let's use the per-subsystem version control
instead.

Replace the omap_pm_set_min_bus_tput() with a callback to board code.
This makes the omap3isp driver compilable as a module, and lets board
code manage OMAP PM details depending on board requirements.
