	For clean drivers its easier to convert to chan_spec based registration than to work around the scan_el attributes going away. Some minor cleanups done whilst here. Untested. 2010-07-22	staging: iio: Fix scan_element naming issue	Jonathan Cameron
	The addition of a number to the scan_element names caused an issue in drivers that used either #define or an enum to provide the number.
