2011-11-30atm: clip: Use device neigh support on top of "arp_tbl".David Miller
Instead of instantiating an entire new neigh_table instance just for ATM handling, use the neigh device private facility. Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>

2011-04-24net: Remove __KERNEL__ cpp checks from include/netDavid S. Miller
These header files are never installed to user consumption, so any __KERNEL__ cpp checks are superfluous. Projects should also not copy these files into their userland utility sources and try to use them there. If they insist on doing so, the onus is on them to sanitize the headers as needed. 2006-01-03[INET_SOCK]: Move struct inet_sock & helper functions to net/inet_sock.hArnaldo Carvalho de Melo
To help in reducing the number of include dependencies, several files were touched as they were getting needed headers indirectly for stuff they use. Thanks also to Alan Menegotto for pointing out that net/dccp/proto.c had linux/dccp.h include twice. Signed-off-by: Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo <acme@mandriva.com> Signed-off-by: David S. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
