2014-05-12perf tools: Remove usage of trace_sched_wakeup(.success)Peter Zijlstra
trace_sched_wakeup(.success) is a dead argument and has been for ages, the only reason its still there is because of brain dead software, which apparently includes perf tools There's a few more instances in pearly snake shit, but that's not supported as far as I care anyhow, so let that bitrot. 2013-11-11perf evsel: Remove idx parm from constructorArnaldo Carvalho de Melo
Most uses of the evsel constructor are followed by a call to perf_evlist__add with an idex of evlist->nr_entries, so make rename the current constructor to perf_evsel__new_idx and remove the need for passing the constructor for the common case. We still need the new_idx variant because the way groups are handled, with evsel->nr_members holding the number of entries in an evlist, partitioning the evlist into sublists inside a single linked list. This asks for a clarifying refactoring, but for now simplify the non parser cases, so that tool writers don't have to bother with evsel idx setting. 2013-07-17perf tests: Check proper prev_state size for sched_switch tpJiri Olsa
The prev_state is defined as long which is 4 bytes long on 32-bit x86. Changing the check against sizeof(long). 2013-07-12perf tools: Use default include path notation for libtraceevent headersRobert Richter
Header files of libtraceevent or no longer local headers. Thus, use default path notation for them. Also removing extra traceevent include path and instead handle this similar to liblk.
