The spa, stm, int, 32 and 16 linking files are identical so there is
no need to differentiate them. A single lds file is now used, and
_config rule are simplified.

Currently, _end is used for end of BSS section. We want _end to mean
end of u-boot image, so we rename _end to __bss_end__ first.
