	Use uclass_first_device and uclass_next_device in order to avoid exceptions for drivers that aren't probed when cpu ops are requested. Improve code style and fix indentations. 2016-03-17	cpu: Add support for microcode version and CPU ID	Simon Glass
	Some CPUs use microcode and each core can have a different version of microcode loaded. Also some CPUs support the concept of an integer ID used for identification purposes. 	Now that they are in their own directory, we can remove this prefix. This makes it easier to find a file since the prefix does not get in the way.
